Dear Stefano,

As required by my contract of employment, I hereby give you 6 weeks’ notice of my intention to leave my position as a Receptionist on the 28th of February 2009.

I have decided that it is time to move on and I am looking for a job in another position elsewhere.

I would like to thank you and every staff member all the efforts you have investigated in my training.

I wish you and all my colleagues at Kingsway Hall Hotel every good fortune and it has been a pleasure for me to be a member of such a welcoming and helpful team.
